LQS LINE - KNOWLEDGE PLATFORM - CAPITALIZATION OF EXPERIENCES AND DISSEMINATION OF RESULTS FOR THE REPLICABILITY OF GOOD PRACTICES FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE

The LQS Action Line "Knowledge Platform - Capitalization of experiences and dissemination of results for the replicability of good practices for the environment and climate" provides for the updating and implementation of the functionality of the Knowledge Platform (http: // www.pdc.minambiente.it/), as well as the creation of paths for sharing, exchanging and supporting the representatives of the regional offices responsible for environmental governance for the implementation of interventions relating to the Thematic Objectives (OT 4-5-6 of the Partnership) for direct environmental purposes.

In particular, the LQS aims to encourage the dissemination and replication of the good environmental practices available on the Platform, creating a network between those who developed them and potential "replicators".

With its over one hundred good practices, the Platform represents a valuable Knowledge Management tool that systemizes and shares models, guidelines, methodologies and tools, identified as "good practices", developed in the context of Italian projects financed by European programs for the environment and climate (LIFE, CIP Eco innovation, CIP EIE, VII Framework Program, Horizon 2020).

Starting from the analysis of the POR 2014-2020, the Line identified the good practices present in the Platform that lend themselves to being replicated in the reference area. The results of the analysis process were collected in version 3.0 of the "Replicability kit of good practices for the environment and climate. An opportunity for regional planning 2014-2020 ". The Line then met with the Regions to identify any good practices of interest and then carried out seminars, study visits, thematic meetings and on-demand institutional support initiatives also with the involvement of the "owners of good practices". +

Expected results:

• Strengthening of the technical and design capacities of the offices responsible for environmental governance;
• increase in the dissemination of good practices in terms of environmental protection and the fight against climate change;
• improvement of compliance with environmental legislation and policy.
